We started PCRSeal with a simple question: why are scientists overpaying for the one consumable that should be the easiest line item on the budget?

Who We Are
PCRSeal was founded by a scientist turned industry consultant with over 20 years of experience helping research, clinical, and academic laboratories recognize cost savings on life science consumables and equipment.
That experience — sitting across the bench from scientists, walking through stockrooms, reviewing procurement budgets — made one thing clear: labs routinely overpay for consumables that have high-quality, functionally equivalent alternatives. Not because they don't want to save money, but because nobody makes it easy to switch.
PCRSeal exists to change that, starting with the most universal consumable in molecular biology: the plate seal.
