Return & Refund Policy

We stand behind every lot we ship. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Standard returns

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for unopened, undamaged product in original packaging
  • Buyer pays return shipping
  • Refund issued upon inspection of returned product
  • Opened product cannot be returned unless defective

Defective or damaged product

If your product arrives damaged or is defective, we will replace it at no charge — we cover the return shipping. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue.

Refund processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned product
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
  • For orders placed with a purchase order, a credit memo will be issued

How to initiate a return

To start a return or report a defective product, submit a request through our contact form. Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue. We'll respond within one business day with instructions.
