Pressure-Sensitive Adhesive That Stays Put
The film is not tacky out of the package — a dual-layer pressure-sensitive adhesive system (acrylic and silicone PSA) activates when you apply firm pressure along the well rims. This gives you time to position the film precisely before committing to the seal.
No applicator or heat source is required, and the film seals cleanly with gloved hands. A sealing paddle or the PCRSealer tool can help ensure uniform pressure across all wells for maximum seal consistency.
Holds through thermal cycling from −80 °C to +120 °C without lifting, curling, or adhesive migration into wells. Peels off cleanly for downstream processing.
