PCRSEAL-SF is a high-performance sealing film for standard and end-point PCR — manufactured in a Class 100K cleanroom, functionally tested for purity every lot, and priced to stretch your consumables budget further.
A Reliable Seal for Every Thermal Cycle
High-strength acrylic adhesive bonds on contact when the backing liner is removed. Press firmly along the well rims for a complete seal — no heat or applicator required, though a sealing paddle or the PCRSealer tool can help ensure uniform pressure across all wells.
Holds through thermal cycling from −80 °C to +120 °C without lifting, curling, or adhesive migration into wells. Peels off cleanly for downstream processing, sample retrieval, or gel loading.
