Optical Performance, Proven on Your Platform
Optically clear polyester film with consistent fluorescence transmission across the full excitation/emission spectrum used in SYBR Green, EvaGreen, FAM, ROX, and multiplex assays. Independently tested head-to-head against Bio-Rad® Microseal “B” film on a CFX-96™ system with equivalent Ct values (29.9 vs 30.1).

Strong-Bond Adhesive for Demanding Protocols
PCRSEAL-OB uses a strong-bond standard adhesive that grips firmly on contact — ideal for demanding thermal cycling protocols, low-volume reactions, and applications where a secure seal from the moment of application is critical.
No heat sealer or applicator required. Seals cleanly with gloved hands and holds through thermal cycling from −80 °C to +120 °C without lifting, curling, or adhesive migration into wells. Peels off cleanly for downstream processing.
Compatible with all standard 96-well and 384-well plates with raised rims, including Bio-Rad HSP9601 and similar hard-shell plates. Suitable for all PCR platforms and automated plate handlers.
